Are you or your employer looking for a way to make a difference? Would you like to support our school? Would you like some extremely inexpensive advertising?
Let me tell you how. The Classical School will soon begin its major fundraiser for the year known as Knowledge-A-Thon, or KAT . In your child’s Pegasus folder today are details about KAT, or you can find more information online at www.classicalcharter.com. KAT is designed to be a low cost/high profit fundraiser with all of the proceeds going towards our school. There are also ongoing activities during the course of the fundraiser where we give out coupons, prizes and awards to the students.
Attached to each student’s set of questions will be a Business Card and Acknowledgement Section. There are several different ways that you or your employer can help us, and we can help them.
1. Direct
Advertising: Submit a Business Card and we’ll print it in the KAT
Booklet.
The cost is just $25.00!
2. Donations of coupons, gift certificates, or other things: You will receive a mention in the acknowledgement section. Individuals are also welcome to donate items. We’ll print your name in here as well.
3. Matching Contribution from your company: Call our program support specialist, Kathy Povolny, at 997-1399 ext. 3398 for more information about this process.
Students will be studying their questions for five weeks. That means 464 students and over 300 families (not including grandparents) will see your Business Card or acknowledgement for 5 weeks!
The KAT Booklet is being printed on TUESDAY, March 16th. So talk with your employer soon. If interested please submit your business card with cash or check (made out to Classical School) to the office staff. Donations may be submitted to the office staff as well, please attach a note to indicate whom the donation is from.
If you don’t get your donation in before the deadline that’s okay, we’ll still take it AND give you or your company a mention in the acknowledgement section of our wrap-up newsletter.
