Since our first days in 1999 when we were housed in three separate sites, we’ve come a long way and have much for which to be thankful–every day we work and learn together in our beautiful K-8 facility that AASD, Mr. Schweitzer, and our Jack’s cleaning crew carefully maintain. Our support staff seamlessly manage the day-to-day running of the school—they are truly the unsung heroes of our school. The Course Scheduling Question & Answer session for 8th graders and their parents originallyplanned for Tuesday, November 24, 2015, is rescheduled to Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at 6:30 pm, in the Forum at Classical. The session is rescheduled to allow time to gather information from the high schools regarding their recently proposed online course request/scheduling process. Classical School enrollment is based on a lottery system. Applications for the lottery for the 2016-2017 school year are accepted beginning November 1, 2015. Applications will be accepted for the lottery through February 15, 2016. Any applications received after February 15, 2016, will not be included in the lottery and will be added to the waiting list in the order in which they are received. Students who are currently attending Classical School DO NOT need to reapply; however, siblings who are not currently enrolled at Classical School, but wish to attend, must submit a completed application during the enrollment period to be included in the lottery drawing.
