Student Council is sponsoring a coin drive February 21 – 24, to benefit COTS, Inc., a transitional shelter helping individuals experiencing homelessness in the Fox Cities. Each grade (K-8) will have their own container for collecting money. Students can earn points for their grade by adding coins (pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars, dollar coins) to their container. Students may lower the points earned by other grade levels by adding paper money to that grade level’s container. Points assigned to each coin or paper denomination are posted at school. Just a reminder that the CCSA Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, February 9, was rescheduled to Tuesday, February 7, at 6:30 pm, in Room 124, at Classical School. The meeting was rescheduled due to the concert for grades 1 – 3 on Thursday evening. The public is welcome to attend all open portions of CCSA Board meetings. Classical School is using SignUp.com to schedule our Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences. Parents of ELEMENTARY STUDENTS: Please sign up for your child’s conferences with their homeroom teacher as well as Spanish, music, physical education and/or art teacher if you desire. Remember to leave traveling time between teachers. Due to time constraints, please do not schedule a conference with your child’s reading or math teacher on conference nights.
