All City Strings Festival Ticket Pre-Orders

Strings students from across the district will be participating in the Appleton Area School District’s upcoming All City Strings Festival to be held at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center on Monday, April 24th. The one hour concert begins at 7:00 PM.




All tickets will be reserved seating and handled through the P.A.C. Ticket Office. Ticket cost is $7.50.

In order to provide an equal opportunity for each student, each household will be able to pre-order two tickets. You will be able to pre-order tickets through a Google order form and payment, in the form of cash or check, will need to be submitted to the school office by Thursday, March 23rd.


Please include the exact amount in an envelope labeled “All City Strings Festival” with your child’s name, school, and grade level clearly marked. Checks should be made out to the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. If you are not able to fill out the online form, paper copies will be available in the school office.

Orders will be processed in the order they are received and any orders over two tickets will NOT be processed.  Know that completing an order does not guarantee seats. Ordering early and paying ahead of time is strongly encouraged.


Please be considerate and order only what you need for your family so that every child has an opportunity to attend.

All elementary and middle school students MUST have an adult present that night in order to perform. Everyone in the audience, regardless of age, needs a ticket.

If you are experiencing a financial hardship and wish to access a voucher for one free ticket, please indicate this on the Google form when you are pre-ordering your tickets.

If any tickets remain after the pre-orders are fulfilled all parents will be notified that those seats will be available on a first come first served basis at the P.A.C Ticket Office on Monday, April 17th at 10 am. If this is the case, you can purchase these seats by phone or by going to the P.A.C. Ticket Office at that time. The P.A.C. Ticket Office telephone number is 730-3760 and there is an extra $5 convenience fee charged per phone order.


Parking in the Washington Street Ramp is pay-as-you-exit, cash or credit, up to $5 depending on duration of stay.


We also need parent volunteers to help with this event…see this event up close! Please indicate your interest on the Google form when you pre-order your tickets.

In preparation for the festival, students will be bused to the P.A.C. for rehearsals on that day according to the schedule below. Transportation to the rehearsal will be by school bus.

Permission slips will be distributed by your child’s strings teacher. Please sign the AASD permission form and return it to your child’s string instructor before April 24th.
